Superb sepia heliogravure photography by Lehnert and Landrock making the portrait of three young Berber girls in the patio of a house, Tunisia.
In excellent condition, very expressive photograph which deserves to be framed, signed in the negative in the bottom right-hand corner and in the back.
Rudolf Lehnert (1878-1948) and Ernst Landrock (1878 - 1966), were two photographers who became partners in order to take over the studio of photographer J. Andre Garrigues, from 1904 to 1914 in Tunis (Tunisia). Their work is one of the most influential Tunisian work from the late 19th and early 20th century.
