Arabic script Jawi used in Malaysia, the script translates as "Kelantan", a state in northern Malaysia famous for its silver-making
Their marks are a combination of the street number of their address
Silver makers manufacturing for the export market to the west and certainly the best known name in Malaysia for fine silver tableware, jewelry and objets de virtu.
No assay mark. But the test was made for, Silver 800/1000 fineness, so would be classed as "coin" rather than "sterling" silver
