Leo Visser (Amsterdam, 7 September 1880 - Hilversum, February 17, 1950) was a Dutch illustrator, glass painter, wall painter, lithographer, illustrator, industrial artist, cartoonist, bookbinding designer and graphic artist.
He worked in Amsterdam between 1909 and 1940 and then in Blaricum. He studied from 1904 to 1906 at the ‘Rijksnormaalschool’ for Art Teachers in Amsterdam, where he was a pupil of Theo Nieuwenhuis, John Visser (1856-1938) and Gerard Westermann. He was a member of De Onafhankelijken in Amsterdam
Visser drew cartoons in De Groene Amsterdammer in 1936, made village views, illustrations, drawings, glass paintings, lithographs, cartoons and designed calendars and book covers.
