Roger Hebbelinck Brussels born in 1912 he is a Belgian artist.
He worked as a painter, watercolourist, etcher and filmmaker.
He is famous for his etchings. He etched a large number of picturesque nooks in historical cities.
At the Brussels academy, he was taught how to paint in watercolours by I. Mens and how to engrave by J. van Santen.
As a fine artist, he set up a etching studio before the war in 1932 and etched many picturesque cityscapes in Belgium.
He also etched and drew in watercolours in the Netherlands (Bergen op Zoom) and the south of France and Spain.
