The work comes with a certificate of authenticity and is sent as insured package (without glass). If required, the glass can be included, but we need the buyer to come and pick it up.
Info: Jan Willem (Willy) Sluiter (Amersfoort, 24 May 1873 - The Hague, 22 May 1949) was a Dutch painter, draughtsman and graphic designer. Sluiter grew up as a notary’s son in Zwijndrecht and developed into a versatile artist. He lived and worked in various places: in Dordrecht and Rotterdam, but also in popular painter’s villages such as Scheveningen, Katwijk and Laren. Sluiter was a member of many art societies, among others of Pictura in Dordrecht, Arti et Amicitiae in Amsterdam and Pulchri Studio in the Hague.
