This beautiful chess table that was made in Italy is equipped with a music box. The music box is from the Swiss Lador company. It starts to play the melody as soon as you open the lid, the mechanism is in reasonable condition. The melody plays though, but very slow. The table is richly decorated with various ornaments around the chess fields, have a look at the many detailed photos. The accompanying wooden chess pieces are in good condition. They are of type Régence, presumably from the mid-20th century. The table is also in good condition with only minor signs of wear. The king height of the pieces is 7.7 cm. Dimensions table: 27 x 37 x 43 cm (LxWxH). Total weight: 2.2 kg. The whole will be disassembled, safely packaged and shipped by registered mail.
