Willem Witsen (1860 - 1923) - Dorpssmid voor het raam Bram

However, it was signed Witsen in pencil but disappeared due to damage.

In reasonable condition with sufficient margins in order to frame. The etching looks powerful, the paper is evenly yellowed. The image is undamaged, except for a small paper restoration in the centre, but only visible on the back. The edges show discolouration of and due to the mat’s edges and damage outside the etching.
There are traces of tape, restoration and spots. The condition and the mentioned defects can be seen in the photos.
