Refined vase has two handles with very particular style with laurel wreath frieze resting on a three-claw footing.
Made by WMF= Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik
Hallmarked by the ostrich and two inscriptions “WMF” and “G” (Geislingen an der Steige) in a diamond, placed in a hive with smooth rounded arc.
- I/0 which means natural silver coating equivalent to 1 g silver per dm2 of surface in common metal.
"OX" means oxidised finish.
This hallmark was used ca. from 1910 to 1918.
Very good condition with some minor signs of age-related wear and light scratches (see condition in the detailed photos).
