Studio Schemboche - Ritratto di Nobidonna, ca 1875

He was personally active since circa 1865 in Turin, from where he moved to Florence and later to Rome, following the royal court. In 1868 he completed the portraits of the senators of the kingdom and was awarded a gold medal by the king. After his successful achievements, he opened photography studios in Paris, Turin, Florence and Rome, where he stopped working in the late 1880s.
