Presumably copper engraving possibly with another technique for some of the colouring.
22.5 x 29.5 cm of which a small part is under the edge of the mat.
The print is quite rare and unknown.
It has been presented to several collectors and two large Dutch museums, all of whom indicated that they did not recognise the print.
Signature was printed.
The frame is slightly damaged (see the photos).
