Beautiful Medal for loyal, honest and long-term service for the duration of 15 years.
Medal and baton come in original box and include the Roman numerals XV.
The award was set up by King Willem II on 19 November 1844 and only issued on his birthday on 6 December. On his anniversary traditionally an oorlam (shot) is drunk hence the award was also called Gin cross.
Weight is 63 grams.
