This is quite possibly a very rare Festival of Britain 1951 Teapot in excellent condition. You will see on the photographs that it is a beautiful little item, and considering the face that it is almost 70 years old it makes one think that an old person has treasured it for all of these years. The two scenes are of “ Tower Bridge “ & “Houses of Parliament “ in London. Without the lid , it measures 72mm , with the lid on it is 100mm to the top of the handle. From the front of the Spout, to the outside of the Handle it is 160mm. Please check ALL the photographs as this is really really a terrific little piece of History.
