KOREA – Maebyong 19th/20th century
Sandstone vase with celadon outlay and engobes inlaid décor.
Flat ring shaped base, hollow under, arched pedestal, curved shoulder, tight neck and hemmed rim.
Decorated with geometric patterns organized in superposed registers. The median register represent a flying dragon.

The style of this vase make it very similar to the so called punchon’g productions of the 15thj and 16th centuries.
