Beautiful ivory vase decorated all around with a funny scene in which three monkeys are running away from bees after having disturbed a beehive.

With natural veining of the ivory.
The bottom has been glued back on.
Signed on one side.
Japanese artefact from the Meiji Era (approx. 1890-1910).
