This is an original table lamp, with iron base handmade by the artist Michele de Lucia in his personal workshop, which seems to represent a dense urban landscape, composed of overlapping segments in which small "empty windows" create the shape of skyscrapers side by side.
The lamp is signed on the base and is new and working, as shown in the photos.
Michele De Lucia, was born in 1966, in San Felice a Cancello, province of Caserta, where he began to create his first works in his early teens. As a self-taught artist, he directed his interest towards iron processing, which he currently uses to create his works in his personal workshop, located in province of Pesaro, the city he moved to live in several years ago. De Lucia exhibited his works, over the years, in Caserta and Bologna and has collaborated for a long time with his home town municipality, to which he also donated one of his works for the 150th anniversary of the Liberation of Italy from Fascism.
