Rare and beautiful serigraph by the Chinese artist Hsiao Chin, preserved in good condition. The paper is slightly yellowed due to ageing.
With slight defect on the orange part.

Since 1951 to 1954 Hsiao Chin studied at the faculty of fine arts of the Taipei High School of Education. He arrived in Europe in 1956. He stayed and worked in Barcelona, Paris, Milan, London and New York. He got the Italian citizenship in 1974. He lives and works in Milan. In 1956 he founded the “Ton-Fan” group, which was the first abstract art movement in China. In 1961 he founded the international movement “Punto” in Milan with A. Calderara, and in 1978, always in Milan, he founded the international movement “Surya”. He taught engraving at the Accademia di Brera, Milan, from 1985 to 1997. Since 1996 he has been teaching at the Taiwan College of the Arts, Taiwan.
