It is a limited creation made by the house of Fabergé in St. Petersburg.
The Fabergé family was born France, but was forced to leave the country because of religious persecution. In the 18th century, the family settled in Russia. Peter Carl Fabergé was born on 30th May, 1846, as the son of a goldsmith. After learning from several master goldsmiths in Germany, France and England, Peter Carl Fabergé returned to St. Louis. Petersburg as a very skilled craftsman. In 1885, Peter Carl Faberge presented the first imperial egg to Tsar Alexander III and quickly became the most famous jeweller in the world.
