These lithographs, with work from 1948 and 1949, are part of a luxurious portfolio that was published in 1983, in limited edition. It's early work from when Corneille was a 20-year-old. The high-quality lithographs were expertly preserved, have never been framed, and come with proof of authenticity.
Corneille - Guillaume Cornelis van Beverloo (3 July 1922 – 5 September 2010), better known by his pseudonym Corneille, was a Dutch artist. Corneille was born in Liège, Belgium, although his parents were Dutch and moved back to the Netherlands when he was 12. He studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam and was one of the founders of the REFLEX movement (1948) and the COBRA movement (1949). Corneille was strongly influenced by Miró and Klee.
These lithographs (52 x 37 cm) will be sent professionally packed between two pressed plates and insured with track and trace code.
