Antique champagne pupitre with a capacity for 32 bottles (the bottles will not be included). Very suitable rack for all types of wine. Restored in several places. For decorative purposes.
A pupitre is a wooden rack in which champagne bottles are placed upside down to undergo the remuage, a process of light shaking and slowly turning the bottle into a more vertical position. This remuage is part of the méthode traditionnelle for champagne.
Will be expertly packaged and shipped via registered and insured mail with a track & trace code. Because of its dimensions, this lot can only be shipped within the EU. Shipping to other parts of the world upon request.
