Decree from 1933 with registration stamps of the Ministry of War and the Court of Audit (on the back), written entirely by hand and signed by king Victor Emmanuel III and Mussolini. It deals with matters related to a Captain of the Royal Italian Army. When held against the light, you can see the watermark of the Government Stationery Office and part of the Savoy crest with fasces, which, along with the other stamps, make this document 100% UNDOUBTEDLY ORIGINAL, along with the signatures as such decisions could only be made by them! Aside from being very difficult to find, these decrees usually had the signatures on the back, so those with signatures on the front are EXTREMELY RARE and perfect to be framed!!! The document has two folds, which are not overly marked, and a very small cut on the right margin at the centre. However, it is definitely in very good condition considering its age! Unique piece, a must-have!
!!! Please note!
