Jan Kotting (1909-1994) - Stadsstraatje

Jan Kotting was born on 12th April 1909 in Amsterdam where he also worked.
From 1937 he worked in Bussum.
Was a student of the H. Keysenschool, the Arts and Crafts school in Amsterdam, and J. Uri and J. Lauweriks.
Made watercolours and drawings (also pen and pastel) in realistic lines especially models, portraits, landscapes, and still lifes.
Member of "The free painters" in Bussum.
He died on 14th July 1994.
