Lot of 4 decorative earthenware plates for wall hanging, celebrating the Franco-Russian Alliance, commemorating the exchange of visits between the Russian and French fleets in 1891 at Kronstadt (or Cronstadt, Russia) and in 1893 in Toulon (France). They are decorated with French and Russian military types, in uniforms from the period of Czar Alexander III of Russia. They are part of the series entitled "France and Russia" produced in 1894 by the Keller & Guérin earthenware factory in Lunéville (France), and bear the numbers: 1, 4, 9 & 10.
