Sellers Opinion: Unique handwoven blanket. Was made by the Pomak peoples of Bulgaria. Pomak's are an ethnic group living in South-Bulgaria and East-Greece they make this blankets for own use. This kilim blanket was hand-sewn on the front side of a thicker blanket to adorn the main blanket which was filled with cotton or wool, that's why they are mostly in excellent condition.
