A solid 14k Valois Coin dresswach, model Liberty, together with the retailers box, Valois tag and interesting documentation: two appraisal certificates for insurance purposes, one dating from 1991 stating a value of GBP1.600 and a second one dating from 1986 with a value of GBP 1.300. Both documents come with the watch
This watch, manufactured by Henri Valois, is of Swiss origin and is equipped with a quality bronzed Swiss manual wound movement with 17 jewels.
The dial, case and movement are signed. Watch is in near mint condition and ready for use.
The solid 14k yellow gold case with reeded edge and with a picture of the goddess Liberty, measures 33mm without the original crown with blue endstone. Case with 14k hallmarks of the lugs. Back of the case signed on the inside and also with 14k hallmarks. The case is in excellent and condition with sharp lugs and edges..
Dial with signature "Valois" near the 8 marker.
Original Valois signed 17 jewel manual wound movement runs fine.numbered 27148.
Crystal is free of scratches.
Watch comes on a lizard leather strap with gold plated buckle. Length of the strap is 23cm. Strap with soem wear. The original Valios signed velvet covered strap is included in this lot, so is the original retaliers box and the Valios tag.
