Not restored everything is completely original

The Ivory Queen Banjo Ukulele. The instrument has a small logo in gold letters at the top of the neck, a LIONS HEAD and the words BRITISH MADE.

It was created by George Houghton and Sons (Birmingham, England).


Banjo ukulele 58cm and weighs 1120 grams

Case with banjo ukulele is 60cm and weighs 2031 grams

There's an extra string in original packaging

George Houghton established his Reliance Works in Heaton Street, Birmingham in 1888 and the range of banjos and related instruments he made were often referred to as Reliance. As the company grew the name changed to G. Houghton & Sons and production increased to make OEM tools for other firms in the UK and around the British Empire of the time, branded with their own name or logo .
