Olive variety: Moraiolo monovarietal
Type: medium-intense fruity with fresh herbaceous hints, rich in cardoon plant notes and spicy hints of black pepper.
Wide flavour with memory of mint, rosemary, sage. Bitter and spicy are strong but balanced.
Pairings: on appetizers of porcini mushrooms, legume soups, sliced meat.

Type: Medium fruity with hints of exotic fruit, pine nuts notes, broom flowers and yellow fruit with balanced bitter and spicy hints.
