Antique Japanese shinogi - zukuri wakizashi in koshirae. The blade was forged in the Edo period and signed "Kawachi no kami Kunisuke", probably 2nd generation (Nidai, KUN1198). Toko Taikan : ¥4.5M, Fujishiro : Jo saku . The blade has good polish and shows some fine scratches, but has no rust, no cracks or chips and the cutting edge is sharp, "kobushigata-choji hamon" hamon, "ko-itame hada". "ubu nakago". "Nagasa" length 40.8 cm, "motogasane" 6 mm, "motohaba" 2.7 cm. Total length in koshirae: 64.5 cm, "sori" 0.3 cm. The koshirae is in good condition (the saya and tsuka have signs of wear), kogatana and the beautiful shakudo ''kodogu'' (sword fittings) complete this wakizashi. The sword comes with a copy of the ''torokusho'' (Japanese registration certificate), the original ''torokusho'' will stay in Japan. Insured shipping (except for Russia and China).
