Lot consisting of three 250-ml ceramic orcio jars ‘BUBBOLI’ of extra virgin olive oil produced by Devo, PUGLIA - ITALY.

The BUBBOLI are made entirely by hand through lathe work performed by the master ceramicists of Puglia, guardians of this primitive art that is perpetuated over time, tying fathers to sons in the fascination of the tradition.
Small differences in colours, details and shapes are the sign imprinted by the craftsman, by his sensitivity, his feeling of clay as living matter in the hands, and testify to the uniqueness and personality of each artefact.

The extra virgin olive oil contained in the BUBBOLI is the precious fruit of olives that have reached the right degree of ripening, hand-picked and pressed within 24 hours. The phases of transformation are a real alchemy, a search for the perfect balance between time and temperature to preserve not only the flavours and scents of the oil, but above all its multiple nutritional properties. It is a monovarietal oil from Peranzana olive, which becomes a medium fruity extra virgin oil that is perfect for seasoning.
