ACETO BALSAMICO TRADIZIONALE DI MODENA D.O.P. ‘AFFINATO: 12 years
Obtained by the slow fermentation and subsequent acidification of the Modena Trebbiano grape must cooked on direct fire, without the addition of other substances, it has been left to age in an array of fine woods (oak, mulberry, ash, robinia, juniper, chestnut, cherry) with different capacities for over 12 years.
The quality of this product is certified by a Commission of Expert Tasters.
Dark brown and shiny colour.
In the mouth it’s persistent, velvety, complex, aromatic, sweet and bitter are well balanced.
Characteristic, penetrating and persistent scents.
Bottled in the special spherical bottle with rectangular base, designed by Giorgio Giugiaro, sealed with numbered marking.
Suitable for limited use in the kitchen, on refined dishes, also very tasty.
This prestigious Balsamic Vinegar can also be used as a digestive at the end of the meal.
