This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the oldest product of Azienda Agraria Gradassi, which was born with it, and got a place on the high-end restaurant market. Before the advent of the D.O.P. Umbria was classified as ‘Tipico Umbro’. The olives are hand-picked and promptly cold extracted. A product with a full and rich taste with a medium fruity flavour.
Cultivar: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio.
Type: Medium fruity
Features: Cold extraction, emerald green colour with golden reflections, slightly spicy, herbaceous smell, fruity taste with hints of artichoke.
Use: This oil is particularly suitable for seasoning bruschetta, grilled meat, greens and salads.
