Description.

“Hsun Ok” lacquerware in carved and lacquered teak wood, used to bring offerings to monasteries during Buddhist ceremonies. The tip is in turned and carved wood.

62 cm high, diameter 31 cm. Region of Bagan.

Please note: The lacquer is in poor condition, many shortages and local restorations (see photos). It is unstable and two elements should be glued together. However, it remains a very decorative object with a timeless design.
