Origin: Tazarine, Morocco
The matrix is very hard and has been completely lathe cleaned on both sides. Then it has been tinted to give color and cover imperfections from cleaning and tears. It is a real hetermorphic anetoceras ammonite.
Large size and rarity in a fairly loose specimen. Very good .
