Jean Thomann 175 cc, 2-stroke, 3-speed, from 1924.
Preserved. Engine is stuck. Half kickstand is missing.
In an 1925 advertising, you can read that this model had 3 versions: tourism, sports and super sports. Both with the belt drove and a saddle with valve springs.
Never modified, complete with all the accessories fitted over the years. Without documents.
Front wheel without brake, compass shocks. Everything like mine that also has the racing brake and two oil tanks.
Note the right bike with number plate 8153 that will always take part to the most important races and from time to time updated. Without documents.
It was a sports bike that ran the Paris Nice, nicknamed the “red devil”. At least, this is what I was told by the previous owner.

These bikes are like the one I own with the chain drive and the brake rim on the right.
