Lot composed of six 250-ml bottles, two of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, 15 year old, with relative tube box produced by CAMPARI LODOVICO, EMILIA ROMAGNA; two of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, 3 year old, produced by CATTANI, EMILIA ROMAGNA; two of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, 2 year old, produced by ACETAIA SERENI, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY.

LODOVICO CAMPARI
Definitely the finest vinegar of the lot.
Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Lodovico Campari is produced with the best vinegars of the factory, selected and aged in barrels. It is medium-high body and bright brown colour, typical of balsamic vinegar aged in barrels. It is packaged in a very elegant case that enhances it and makes it unique. SENSORY PROFILE: on the nose typical sweet and sour scents and sweet hints of refining. Medium density, in the mouth the acidity is not persistent, sweet and harmonious. Acidity: 6%
Lodovico Campari balsamic vinegar is a product that will make all your recipes even more delicious. We recommend it on grilled meat, or on dessert and fruit.
Aging: in oak barrels.
Colour: bright brownish.
Aroma: intense.

CATTANI
A balsamic vinegar of great versatility indispensable in the kitchen for everyday use.
These six 250-ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, aged for 3 years, is the result of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavours, the typical aromas and scents are offered to the palate, revealing the sophistication of a slow maturation in fine wood barrels.
It is a product with 6% acidity whose raw material of first derivation is the Trebbiano grapes of Spain, very suitable for the high index between sweetness and acidity.

ACETAIA SERENI
The simplest vinegar but not less valuable!
This vinegar is the first product you should taste to learn how to recognize a true Balsamic of Modena, produced according to the oldest tradition of the Sereni family.
It ages for two years in wooden barrels taking on their aromas and scents.
A vinegar produced from Trebbiano grapes of Spain.
