A rare first edition, in excellent condition for its age.
No snags on the front or back cover, the corners are in very good condition, not rubbed, with is very rare given its age (91 years old).
With 1,031 pages.

There is no handwriting, tears, creases or other imperfections.
The pages are not soiled, as can be seen in the photos, except for the last page which has a few spots of foxing (see last photo).
