Atril de escritura - Art Déco - Caoba - 1920-1930

This mahogany writing box (lap desk) has silk aluminium fitting on the lid all around, in the middle on the large lid an aluminium shield and on small lid a nice emblem with
floral decoration.

After folding open the large lid, the writing slope with dark purple velvet becomes visible. Under the upper part of the lid there is a storage compartment.
Under the top lid, 2 compartments for (included) ink jars are visible. Furthermore, there are 4 spaces with lids for pens and the like.
Based on the inside (wood painted white and shape and execution lids): Art Deco.

The general condition is good; slight signs of use.
