Table mirror in bevelled glass with adjustable support on the back.
It consists of various finely hand-crafted, polished and engraved parts, fixed to a beech wooden support.
It features two curly supporting feet and polished edges. The top frieze is shaped like a stylised fan. The outer frame is formed by four crescent-shaped parts, with edges finely polished in waves, held together by screws. The oval mirror inside the frame has polished edges and is held in place by two screws on a cobalt-blue glass, finely engraved on the back and decorated with a lozenges motif and pearls. The decorative motifs are completed with two geometric elements tightened with screws, one near the top and the other at the bottom, near the supporting feet.
The metal arm that serves as a support on the back is adjustable allows tilting the mirror as desired.
Excellently preserved and rare.
