Exclusive lithographs by Yves Klein.
The triptych is emblematic of Klein. The IKB, a blue whose renown is undeniable, the “monogold”, a winkle to his past when he made gilding and eventually the “monopink”, the pink, one of the purest colours according to him. These are the three colours on which he will have worked the most in his lifetime.
Klein, a practicing Catholic, said that these three colours could represent the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. It is above all the three colours that will mark his last emblematic exhibition before his untimely death.
Limited edition of 100 copies, they are published by Yves Klein's Official Archives (embossed stamp in the lithograph) and hand numbered (/100).
Size: 75 x 60 cm.
