Set of 6 port or red wine glasses in Baccarat crystal, model Molière.

Model in cut crystal from the early 20th century, Molière is listed in each Baccarat 1916 catalogue of the Arts de la Table.

Has a shape very used by the crystal factory, sober and slender, the glasses are cut with a subtle wavy frieze of elegantly spread falling drops.

It is quite easy to find, and can be restocked without difficulty. It has two cousins, not to be confused, and rarer: the Ronsard model, which drops are spread more regularly and less tight around the glass, and the Corneille model, which is the exact replica of Ronsard but with the frieze at the bottom and the drops that go upward.
