To make its great wine, the company carries out a strict selection of the production, keeping only the most exceptional and elegant barrels. The other barrels, however of excellent quality, are discarded. Since 2014, Château d'Yquem has been bottling some of these batches to create a non-vintage Sauternes, until now destined exclusively for the estate's staff. This Château d'Yquem Sauternes wants to be homogeneous and harmonious. The 6 editions created so far have been brought together in an exceptional and unpublished package
