• SEGURO DE TRANSPORTE (LEER ATENTAMENTE):

Es posible activar un seguro de transporte por entrega incorrecta en un plazo máximo de 7 días desde la salida y 20 días para un envío nunca entregado desde el momento de la salida, por lo que recomendamos monitorear el estado del envío para informar a tiempo de un retraso en la entrega. , en cambio si el paquete está dañado o manipulado, se deberá informar al conductor en el momento de la entrega.

Viernes 9:00 - 12:00 (hora local italiana).

Los pedidos se envían, según establece la normativa de Catawiki, en un plazo máximo de 3 días hábiles desde el momento del pago (excepto sábados, domingos y festivos locales).
Tan pronto como el número de seguimiento esté disponible, se comunicará a través del sistema Catawiki.
Los pedidos y mensajes se gestionan en orden cronológico.

• INFORMACIÓN TÉCNICA (LEA CUIDADOSAMENTE):

Todos los relojes son revisados para su correcto funcionamiento antes de ser enviados.
Para todos los relojes con fecha, para evitar posibles daños al mecanismo del reloj, no cambie manualmente la fecha con la corona si la hora del reloj está entre las 20:00 y las 3:00, esta es una regla válida para todos los relojes con fecha.




• INFORMACIÓN DE GARANTÍA (LEER CUIDADOSAMENTE):

Especificamos que no recibirá ningún documento fiscal con los productos, ya que todas las transacciones en línea realizadas por nosotros se registran en el registro de ventas según la legislación vigente en Italia.
La factura o recibo fiscal es obligatoria solo si el cliente lo solicita inmediatamente después del pago.
Para hacer uso de la garantía es necesario presentar única y exclusivamente la tarjeta que recibirá con el reloj

IMPORTANTE: Si un cliente fuera de Europa necesita asistencia bajo garantía, tendrá que correr con todos los gastos de importación/exportación, el vendedor se hace cargo únicamente de los gastos de reparación y transporte de devolución (si el problema del reloj está cubierto por la garantía)
